Myst

This is my Myst writing.

Wednesday,17Th of September.



I see symbols on the tree's I recognise some of the symbols from the book in the library,I walk into the library and look at the book shelf,I walk over to the book shelf and pick up a book it is green with weird patterns all over it ,I open the book up and start reading the weird book,I come to a bit where the man how wrote the book said he saw monkey like people ,WHO ARE THESE MONKEY PEOPLE WILL THEY DO ANYTHING TO ME!,this Myst island is freaking me out but very exciting to explore this freaking island , what is the man talking about I have not seen anyone on this island,the man said he can not understand their language but can understand their hand language ,WHAT ARE TREE DWELLERS!,the book is telling me their was once monkey people living on this island before with possibly 2 people ,are they still here? if they are where can i find them ,before everything happened it was OK but now that lots of creatures and people have came and made all the island shaky,the man said the island was rumbling it got worse and worse everyday it turned out the island was sinking,many of mans died that day,HELP IS IT STILL SINKING!,I am almost finished the book,it has gave me lots of information ,one of the monkey creature died and got burnt ,the sea turned a dull green,the monkey people is making the man their king after the monkey king writing turns black to red to blue to red then blue then green again,I can see a giant tree I look up it looks like a dark green hurricane swirling around the tree ,I go to the clock tower and changed it to 1:40 and a bridge came up ,I walk over to the light house and open the door there is a machine inside ,I have a little fiddle around with it,as I change the code and a thing goes up and down ,the code changed and went back in 50 second ,we went to a different cog YEAH WE ARE IN A DIFFERENT WORLD YES!!!!!!!!

Dangerous Australian Animals by Professor Struan and Guy Notch
I found out that people should never swim in tropical waters when the locals warm and box jellyfish are around.In fact you should never swim in tropical waters when you are by yourself.
I found out that stingrays to see because they often bury them self in mud or sand .It is best to shuffle your feet to try and avoid treading on a stingray .It was scary that in 1945 a army sergent was swimming happily in a sea bath at st kilda when suddenly waved hais arma and disappeared .My least favourite animal is the cone shell becuase it looks really plan and it does not look dangerous .My favourite animal is the glaucus or also called the sea lizard.

Danny the champion of the world by Roald Dahl

I did not like it when Danny said his mother died.
It was funny when Danny said he had to go to the toilet in the cold.
I liked it when Danny said he was all dirty after working in the fuel station.

sharks

Sharks :when we went into the tunnel we sawsharks that had teeth ike sharp dagers that they use to eat there fish.The sharks at under water world are in the same tank as the fish so the sharks can eat the fish when they are and want to have something to eat.

Hungrey sharks:We fed the sharks and it was like swimming with the sharks because water splashed up all over me when we put the prawns in the water all the tales went in the air and came down with a splash .

Amazing sharks : we saw lots of different sharks . There where all different sizes in sharks there where small sharks,normal shark and last of all massive sharks.

Rotations of sharks:there are all kinds of sharks in the world Bull sharks,white sharks
and all kind of sharks.
Kind sharks:I think some sharks can be really mean to people.But some other sharks can be really
nice and not be really mean to people as some sharks can be really mean.
sensitive sharks:some sharks can get hurt I think when they get knocked around hardly .

Under water world

Sleeping under the sharks was an fantastic !! experience for the class and me because we got a close up of what all these amazing creatures can do and know what there physical features are .

I could see from my sleeping bag lovely fish,colourful coral and big wonderful stingrays oh and almost forgot the sharks .It was like I was apart of what these outstanding creatures live in and feel.It felt like i was in a world of lechery with lovley sharks,colourful coral,outstanding stingray and fantastic fish.I felt that i was apart of all those amazing creatures worlds and what they felt when all these people come in and did not know what they where seeing.

This term, 4/5J are reading The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe by C S LEWIS. Here are some facts about the life of C S Lewis.

Mother died of cancer on August 23
Lewis was a student at University College, Oxford
On May 20, Lewis was elected a Fellow of Magdalen College, Oxford
died 22 November 1963 age 64
Lewis collapsed in his bedroom at 5:30 pm and died a few minutes later
C S stands for Clive staples
His father was Albert James Lewis
His mother was Florence (Flora) Augusta Lewis née Hamilton
He had one older brother, Warren Hamilton Lewis
At six his family moved into "Little Lea".
